My Birthday in Hawaii

My birthday is May 1. Finally I became 20 years old in Hawaii. We had a lot of presentations for the tests on my birthday and I just had to change my host family a week ago. So I thought nobody celebrates my birthday, but I was wrong! When I went to school, my friends and almost everyone said to me, "Happy birthday." I was so happy.
Then I went home and at the dinner time, Birthday cake came out and host family sang a birthday song. I was surprised and at the same time I felt very happy.
I always feel happy because they are nice, giving us to tasty foods and doing something for us. I'm so happy that I can spend a lot of time with them. I want to get along with them more in the future.
