ハワイでのインターンシップで、4月にワタベウェディング様にて研修を終えた学生のレポートをご紹介します。

Our group went to Watabe Wedding on April 22nd. We learned many things about weddings. I heard that it's occasionally said that "Dishes are the most important for wedding." for the first time. I thought that people who are invited to the wedding anticipate eating good dishes. If people eat good foods, it makes them smile. That's why it is important to arrange good meals. There are four types of weddings: "hotel weddings,""guest weddings,""resutaurant weddings," and "resort weddings." The characteristic of a hotel wedding is collected into one place, and it is easy for guest to go there.
The charactristic of a guest wedding is that everyone can be creative since it depends on ideas of a family as reserved by this company to celebrate the couple. In addition, the bride and groom are able to invite the guests to their house. The characteristic of a resutaurant wedding is that everyone can feel a homey atmosphere. Last, the characteristic of a resort wedding is to make a deep bond of love among the family, while enjoying the beatutiful location, serving as both wedding and honeymoon and feeling a sense of closeness.
The reason why people want to hold their wedding is many reasons. One of them is to make a good memory. If they have the good wedding memory, it decreases the divorce rate. I was really surprised at this fact. I was also astounded to hear the price of wedding. It is not so big difference between wedding in Japan and that in other country. I learned that there is not the word of "repeat visitor" in wedding industry and the meaning of "burden for attendee"differs between domestic wedding and overseas wedding. One of the most interested point for this job is that workers have a right of training outside of Japan. It seems very attractive. I was extremely happy to go there and learn about the wedding industry. I have no idea about what want to do in my future yet. However, this opportunity gave me new ideas.
