Learning About International Hospitality at Roku Guesthouse

What I most learned was to think a great deal of the communication with people. If we take good care of customers and employees, we can get lots of the repeaters surely. This time I met staffs of Roku were everybody smiling and talked with us very friendly. There are a lot of shy people in Japan, therefore inbound tourists cannot talk to local people even if they want to talk to them. However they can communicate with local people if stay at Roku. I thought that they can spend a nice time there.

(和訳） 私が最も学んだことは人とのコミュニケーションを大切にするということです。お客様であれ従業員であれ、一人一人を大切な人として接することで確実にリピーターは増えていくと感じました。また、私がお会いしたスタッフの方は皆、笑顔でフレンドリーに接してくれました。シャイな日本人が多いため、地元の人となかなか話す機会がない外国人観光客もここでは楽しい時間を過ごしているのだろうなと感じました。
