6月29日、Jarman-Walshゼミの学生が、広島市観光案内所にて訪日外国人観光客のニーズなどについてのインタビューを行いました。

Seminar students went to Hiroshima station to interview bilingual information staff about the needs of inbound tourist customers. The staff also talked about what information was deemed most popular and useful that was available information at the information center.



Students then had a chance to interview some English speaking travelers about their impressions of travel in Japan and any difficulties or success stories of travel in Hiroshima. The visitors all said that they loved traveling in Japan, facilities were very efficient and clean and everyone was friendly. However, they did also mention that there are few materials in English which makes it difficult.
