学生たちがハワイ海外研修（HIBISCUS program）から帰国して、約1ヵ月が過ぎました。インターンシップ研修企業に、「Orig　Media」という動画制作・映像会社が新たに加わり、2名の学生が参加しました。ウェディングフォトやムービーなどを主に提供しており、Best of Honolulu awardの受賞歴がある企業です。

My Internship Experience

There is about one week left before I leave Hawaii. I experienced internship for 4 months. I worked at Orig Media. This is a media company which provide mainly videos and wedding movies. It is a local company and has only 10 employees but they got the Best of Honolulu Award. Jeff Orig is a president of this company. My duties were almost editing short videos and photographs. And I sent messages to clients when new videos is released. Through my internship experience, I have growing points. They are taking responsibility about my tasks and working carefully and efficiently. I tried to understand what they said one time. Also, I learned difference from American company and Japanese company. In America, they can go back home if they finish their tasks even if it is not time to go home. At first, I was surprised about that. And I am very glad to work this company with workers, because they are very friendly and helpful. Their relationship are really good regardless of their age. They say their opinions clearly. I want to work at like this company and make use of my experience after going back to Japan.
