English Day Camp for Grade 3 is a great opportunity for students to use English in a natural setting, and enjoy playing games and doing activities in small groups. There were four teams: Gingerbread Man, Candy Cane, Snowman, and Reindeer. The students enjoyed doing many Christmas-themed activities this winter such as making Christmas cards, going shopping in English, reading and presenting short English books, and many more. At the end of camp, students sang "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" to call out Santa 1 and Santa 2 who gave them a gingerbread cookie. It was a new flavor for many students, but they were excited to try something new!

イングリッシュデイキャンプの日は、ゲームや活動をしながら習った英語をいろいろな場面で使うことができます。４つのチームに別れて、クリスマスカード作り、宝さがし、買い物ごっこ等を楽しみました。キャンプの最後にクリスマスソングを歌っていると2人のサンタブラザーズがやってきて、みんなにジンジャークッキーをくれました。スパイスの効いたその味はすぐにはなじめない児童もいましたが、色々な感想を言い合っていました。
